Dégel dans les relations haitiano dominicaines.
Les ministres des affaires étrangères Raina Forbin et Roberto Ramirez se sont rencontrés ce vendredi 17 avril 2026.
La réouverture de l’espace aérien dominicain à partir du 1 mai a été annoncée.
Des discussions entre les deux pays se poursuivront sur les mécanismes de contrôle à la frontière ainsi les échanges commerciaux.
