@celticbert 100%! Higgins got to 2 cup finals in 3 years and involved at the top end on a fraction of the budget. His teams always had an identity. When he took over, he took them from bottom after 7 games to Europe.

From recollection, Burke cruised around Windsor like Larne had no idea who he was. Shels much better side than linfield but look how difficult they made it for Shels
