@Bagsx24@soooooooupy@cassiadoylee I used a screenshot from one of my videos of the bridge blocking the view, also mention how many VIP’s there was (1200) and how early entry seemed pointless because of that
@uzirocks@loml_ttpd how is it out of touch when they change the layout for the next shows making it a better experience for them when i paid the same amount like girl bffr
@soooooooupy@cassiadoylee Yeah and it was false advertising, sure we got a form to fill out anyways with our order number and experience so looks like we’re getting compensated anyways
@NickyxLynn@dearlovernjh Yeah but also early entrance should not of been sold if that was the case of wanting us to move, also wouldn’t be enough room in the section for everyone to move to a good spot
@loml_ttpd@dearlovernjh I feel like they could just say that it’s free space and you don’t have to stay at the restricted place. I agree that it’s outrageous but maybe that is what they’ll say
@occasionaldsco Apparently we have to email them, cause it can only be changed on the internal system, hopefully just an email glitch cause my TM account is still set to Ireland 😭
@uzirocks@cassiadoylee They actually do when providing an unequal service, they’ve already acknowledged their was a problem, they wouldn’t be improving it if their wasn’t. Legally they can’t leave out information that would affect your decision buying aka a bridge blocking the way
@soooooooupy@cassiadoylee Not really when his team even acknowledged that there was a restricted view, what’s the point moving 5 feet back after paying €350 to be at the front? I don’t see how is fraudulent when his team admits it and they wouldn’t be improving it if their wasn’t an issue
@loml_ttpd@cassiadoylee you cannot do a charge back for a concert ticket because your view was obstructed. move five feet in a different direction and you would be able to see. at that point it’s a fraudulent reporting the fuck
