@TicketmasterUK your website is saying our email doesn’t match the email for the Oasis pre-sale registration but it’s the same email? Why isn’t ticketmaster able to recognise we’re using the same email? We can’t queue or buy?

@TicketmasterCS That’s the point. I registered the pre-sale with the same email, verified the email and got a successful registration message. But now I log in it says it’s not accepted?

@TicketmasterCS This is us logged in with correct email. We join the queue. And then get the screen telling us it’s not linked to the pre-sale? We’ve only used the same email from the start
