Failure to do so would result in a fine. Unfortunately, the company responsible for collecting the rubbish do not collect on the agreed day.

@TopWasteNews This is rubbish left there in accordance with the rules of the council. The problem is the council’s system and the fact that they don’t care to do anything to improve the situation
