Honestly…I don’t expect any change especially after July 1st being declared as Anthrocon day but part of me does kind of wonder if it’s really that crazy of an idea to move AC into the fall, spring, or winter instead of holding it in the hottest period of the summer I don’t mind it being July at all but I wouldn’t find if sometime in the future maybe they experimented with a different date. Also not really a solution and the parade had every reason to shut down for safety concerns but damn am I still upset they won’t allow poodling. I know I’m digging up old drama but if they want to continue doing AC in July i really don’t banning poodling is the right decision. I understand some of the reasons but after a year of sitting on it I still think it’s kinda a dumb idea. There has got to be better ways of handling tbe parade better than eliminating one of the best ways to suit while dealing with the heat

It's unfortunate but objectively the correct decision given the circumstances. Safety first
