@ShaneLeup @Dateline_DTR Request that the company alternate the time PR announcements get released: one time before the ASX opens and the next time after the ASX closes. Problem solved!

That’s a fair statement and I get why it might look that way at first glance. But in mining/project development, raising equity at this stage is actually very typical. Governments rarely fund early projects outright, especially before feasibility and financing structures are fully in place. Their role is usually more about incentives, grants, or strategic support -- not replacing private capital. What this looks like to me is a company intentionally strengthening its balance sheet ahead of project financing, not scrambling for cash. In fact, this is often how the sequence works: Equity is raised first to establish a solid capital base. That equity then supports or unlocks larger project finance (debt) facilities. Which ultimately fund construction and production. What’s also important here is who participated and how it was structured. A raise that is heavily supported by institutions, with relatively tight dilution, tends to signal confidence in the underlying asset and development plan. So I wouldn’t view the absence of government funding as a negative in itself. If anything, this looks more like a deliberate step toward funding the next phase of development, rather than a sign the project isn’t viable. Just my take, but I think the context matters a lot here.

@LongBullyStick @shanak10 The fact that they needed to raise money at this stage is a bad sign. It means that they are not getting funding from the US government, that is handing out funding left and right to other miners. If the government truly believed in them, it would have funded them.

🚨🚨 $DTREF JUST DELIVERED 🚨🚨 💰 $50 MILLION RAISED 🏦 95%+ INSTITUTIONAL PARTICIPATION 📉 ~3.3% DILUTION (tight and small) 💵 $96M CASH ON HAND POST-RAISE This is: ✅ SMART MONEY stepping in ✅ STRUCTURED, CLEAN EXECUTION RAISE ✅ CAPITAL ALIGNED WITH DEVELOPMENT 🏗️ And here’s the part most people will miss: Funds are being used for... • Processing infrastructure • Site development • Final optimization work • Equity for FULL PROJECT FINANCE 👉 This is step 1 of a full build-out path! 🔥🔥🔥 📊 Translation for investors: This raise: ➡️ De-risks the project ➡️ Signals institutional confidence ➡️ Sets up future project financing ➡️ Positions the company for development 🇺🇸 Bonus layer: • SEC registration underway • Ernst & Young onboard 👉 Not small-company behavior 👉 It's institutional alignment + scaling 🔥 🎯 Bottom line: This is NOT just a capital raise. This is: 👉a funding event tied directly to moving toward full production!!! Structurally, "BOOM!!!"💥 This just massively enhanced the company trajectory!!! Not financial advice! BREAKING 🚨🚨🚨 $XRP MAY BE HEADING INTO A MAJOR STRUCTURAL SHIFT IN JAPAN This is bigger than faster payments. The real story is privacy, compliance, and settlement coming together on one rail. Zero-knowledge technology changes the conversation because institutions need protected data, clear reporting, and efficient movement of value at the same time. That has always been the bottleneck. Japan taking this seriously tells me the market is still underestimating where this can go. I have been in this space long enough to know the strongest setups rarely look obvious at the start. They look early. They look ignored. Then one day everyone asks why they did not see it sooner.

Why does sending a text message take seconds but sending money overseas takes 5 days? 👇 Because the banking system never got its internet moment. $XRP is that moment. 👉 SWIFT. 2-5 days. $25-50 per transfer. Multiple banks handling your money before it arrives. 👉 XRP Ledger. 3-5 seconds. Under a penny. Direct. No intermediaries. No geographic barriers. Same value transferred. One system was built in the 1970s. The other was built for the future. XRP bridges currencies in real time through On-Demand Liquidity. Fiat in. XRP carries the value. Local currency out. No pre-funded accounts. No capital trapped overseas. 300+ partners. 45+ countries. RLUSD for stablecoin settlement. Tokenized assets. Native DEX. 13 years running without a single day of downtime. The internet didn't replace mail overnight. But once people experienced email, nobody went back to waiting a week for a letter. $XRP is email. SWIFT is the post office. How long before the rest of the world figures that out?

In today’s financial infrastructure, what matters most is not merely processing capacity (TPS), but liquidity—the ability to actually execute transactions. No matter how fast a system can process transactions, without sufficient market liquidity, large trades cannot be completed efficiently, leading to slippage and increased costs. From this perspective, Ripple does not primarily function as a settlement network between banks. Rather, it operates as infrastructure that provides access to underlying liquidity markets. The actual liquidity is supplied by market makers and liquidity providers, while Ripple connects to these participants to enable real-time currency exchange and fund transfers. On the other hand, SWIFT is not a provider of liquidity. Its role is to connect banking systems, various ledgers, and both permissioned and public blockchains, acting as an orchestration layer that coordinates and integrates the overall transaction flow. With the introduction of a shared ledger, this integration capability is being further enhanced. This structure resembles the philosophy of the Interledger Protocol, which connects different ledgers. However, while ILP achieves interoperability as a decentralized protocol, SWIFT operates as an institutional network built on existing financial entities and regulatory frameworks. In that sense, the two are fundamentally different. Above all of these layers sits the central banking system (RTGS), which provides final legal settlement and ensures transaction finality.

@annhughes777 Agree… but the question is what kind of capital raise. “Material” + timing + halt = not all raises are created equal. That’s where this gets interesting 👀
