Friend of mine owns a local butcher shop. We buy our meats from him. He bought a restaurant and opened it the other day. He's been selling 600-1000 burgers every single day. Locally sourced beef, never frozen. Fresh cut fries cooked in beef tallow from his butcher shop. Milkshakes as well.
