I am deeply honoured and humbled to receive the endorsement of Sultan Dekow M. Sambul, as the sole Authaq candidate to vie for the position of Governor of Garissa County in the 2027 general elections. This endorsement is a great privilege — and a profound responsibility. It reflects the trust of a respected family and the wider community in my leadership and vision. I accept it with humility, guided by our shared values of unity, service, and justice. Over the years, I have worked closely with our people, both at the grassroots and policy levels, to advance the interests of Garissa County— whether in strengthening access to education, improving local security, empowering youth and women economically and advocating for equitable development in our arid and semi-arid regions. This journey is not mine alone. It is a collective mission — a call to every member of my community and resident of Garissa to stand for unity, dignity, and progress. I thank Sultan Dekow M. Sambul for this endorsement and assure him, my community and all the people of Garissa county, that I will carry this mantle with honour and resolve.
