@shycutehotboy @hun_gol @Gwenuinely002 that's not true. as someone who would LOVE for Sanji to win; the rankings exaggerate the popularity. it's about global votes, and you could theoretically never be #1 in any of the regions and still win Luffy is #1 in Asia though, which is the largest sample size of the top 5

Nami has more top 1 placements but they’re in regions with a considerably lower quantity of One Piece fans Luffy is higher up than Nami in MOST regions, thus in a GLOBAL poll he’s more popular. only character above him is Sanji
