Intent makes a difference in the art. Shadman drew real underaged people with the intent that it was them. Wednesday Adams and Hermoine Granger hentai has existed for a long long time and no one cared? Why? Because the intent behind it was of the character, not the actress that played them. Most were based on the fictional depictions of the character the real people portrayed. It's a gray area, and can be argued both ways, but this is not a Shadman incident. Also the artist in question drew one art of the character, art that Mimi did not interact with, they just followed said artist.
