@AlpacaAurelius Has nothing to do with total DHT. DHT is produced locally in the hair follicle. It’s totally possible to have normal or even low DHT systemically but high locally. And there is also the issue of localized androgen receptor sensitivity.

how do people seriously buy the lie that too high testosterone and DHT causes hair loss? are you seriously telling me that this guy's testosterone is too high?

@JeffVincint So far we have not seen anything that can’t be explained by oral minoxidil hyper responders.

(to clarify) Our topical only, 5 months, daily application. just realized some people think this and the other before/after pic is the same person. this is one participant from early days of our work where it took 5 months to get this result (before /after), the post here is a completely different person, where enhancements of the project has delivered similar results in weeks not months. newer participant here > x.com/JeffVincint/st…

our topical project, 11 weeks (-3 months)of application, >25 years androgenetic alopecia nw7, (1.2mm biopsies taken offsite) growth acceleration begins at this point as the follicles have hypertrophied approx 50-60%, fibrosis potently reversing, pigmentation restored, linear velocity engaged, scalp tightness and hardness has become spongy and "healthier" feeling, though not normal yet. Still, long way to go.

our topical project 8 weeks, over 30 year history of andro. alopecia. temporal peak, dramatic induction of the "peak shape" in non-pigmented hairs, the hairs are not vellus, they have caliber and stiff (ie connected to arrector pilli), the formation of this peak (pointing toward eye) is growing toward the eyebrow (lower left). disordered appearance to initial growth, waiting to stabilize and move to a more ordered appearance. following this case closely.

our topical project, 8 weeks in a case of 30 years of andro. alopecia slick bald to the induction in scalp begins as very high numbers of non pigmented though not vellus, they have structure, caliber and anchored via arrectdor pilli, stiff and directional. these are -4mm in length and the density is very strong. very potent.

@JeffVincint This looks good, but going forward it is essential to use the same lighting as the original pictures.

this is our project topical only. anything released on social media is the lower 1/2 of results. we will be releasing dramatic nw7 recovery growth that will stun. remaining in stealth.

@realpeptides true, the crown is difficult, its all difficult. though the frontal hairline and temples almost never respond to minoxidil or hormone blocking. we're seeing global result.

Incredible result. The crown is the hardest area to regrow, especially without finasteride or minoxidil, so seeing this level of density return is genuinely rare. All the peptides Michael used are at 40% off with code "MM40VIP" in the tweet below.

One day, my daughter pointed at my head and said, "Dad, you are going bald." I'd been hiding under hats for months as my crown thinned. My dad went bald early, so I figured that was my path. But I decided to see if I could reverse it, and it worked really, really well: (1/14)

this is best described as synchronized growth in an asynchronous system. meaning, the follicles where the product is applied that are in the phase of the 1000 day cycle that are ready to be induced are pushed into growth and hypertrophy immediately, thus the robust pigment and diameter and full velocity (youthful) of grwoth. as time progresses another grouping of follicles enters the growth phase. it can be thought of as, "class of April 20" , "class of April 30", etc. date by date, a grouping of follicles is induced, as this proceeds we move from disorganized to organized appearance. fascinating to see something thats never been reported in the literature, as no one has had an inducer this potent.

this is what induction of hair follicle hypertrophy appears like. the frontal. disorganized appearance that over time fills in and moves to organized until full density. the messy appearance is exactly what. you would expect.

regardless of the etiology, the hair follicle functions on first principles. when homeostasis is returned, the immune attack stops, immune privilege is regained and proper signaling restored. with this certain disturbances in hair growth are corrected faster than others. this is 18 days, topical only.

.@davidmaris says sleep is a billion-dollar opportunity for $HIMS and nobody on Wall Street has priced it in: "I haven't seen any sell-side report talk about the sleep opportunity. And to me that's another billion-dollar opportunity for them. I think it's just a home run for them." "[Medical supply companies and sleep centers] argue that you need to have the mask fitted, and they will say, oh, well this machine might be better for you than this other machine. And to me it's all BS. 98% of it's BS." "Because they're getting another fee for this. You don't know what payments they're getting on the backend for saying this machine's better than that machine. There's no transparency." "If $HIMS is interested in helping patients and making this transparent, they would say, look, we have these two machines, these three machines, five machines, whatever. We're gonna sell it to you at cost plus, we're gonna deliver it to your house." "You don't have to go anywhere. So you've taken away all this friction and you're also getting an older patient. It's another great patient pool. So I think this is a great way to revolutionize the sleep area."
