@yennam_umesh It’s not just the range of the initial offer but the range for the role you’re hired into. I.e. you can receive a pay raise without a promotion to a more senior role.

@lookitsron Bad, The range of minimum and maximum pay is too wide, which seems like a tactic used by HR to hire candidates at the lower end of the range. 😂

@luciascarlet i dont get why they didnt make the emojis at like 640x640 and use a smart object and different artboard to reference it at the downsized resolution, would have been way more convinient for everyone on both ends

the iOS design for 🫂 really needs to be revised tbh it has zero contrast so I keep thinking it's a fucking film camera from afar (like the old movie ones with reels)

L'iPhone détourera le sujet principal de vos photos pour en faire des autocollants personnalisables (effet 3D, contour...). Si les photos sont des Live Photos, les stickers pourront être animés à la manière d'un GIF. Vos stickers seront sauvegardés dans l'onglet Stickers du clavier (au même endroit que les emojis). Ils seront utilisables partout (Messages, Instagram, Snapchat, etc).

It has been my joy to work with @MasterTainment, @tommybechtold, @WhitneyPuppy, and @itsannavanston at NR. The company ended their fulltime status and offered independent contracts. I cannot speak for the company as things are still being figured out, but these 4 are wonderful.
