Is their any worse customer service out there than @AerLingus who at every point in their customer service experience have designed a process that requires us little people to have as little input as possible. I didn’t close this case, I didn’t get a resolution - you just stopped communicating with me.

English

@colmlyon @AerLingus Don’t bother. I’ve been waiting since Christmas to be refunded for them losing bags for a week.
English

Asking @AerLingus aside from logging a complaint, whatsapp, emails and X how can I get someone to discuss a legitimate complaint? Thanks

Yesterday I was asked by a founder what the best accelerator model is...
"With how much you have to give up in dilution, in what case is it most worth it for a founder to go through a program?"
The only way I felt I could respond is -- it depends.
To me, it wasn't that there isn't an answer, but for every founder there's an ideal system that will help them the most.
Think about traditional schooling and how many teaching methods there are that are more or less effective on any given student. In a situation, you can:
1. Give them tools and resources but let them figure out the problem on their own.
2. Put people into teams with a lead for the group to find the best combined answer.
3. Hand-hold each student as an individual through prior problems and be present as they work through new ones.
Etc. etc.
I think founders need to really think about their learning style before applying to accelerators, and to know how to extract the most value out of the experience in front of them.
At the same time, however, it's on the accelerators to be more transparent around what kinds of founders will succeed in their cohorts and who might be more suited elsewhere.
Lots of tourist accelerators (those built in the last three years who are running out of capital to run cohorts) might be forced to take pause, or run non-dilutive and volunteer-based programs until their portfolio returns.
In any case, the accelerator model will never be perfect, but I'm excited to see how concentrated founder education evolves.
Along that note: Proud of @FoundersBoostNY and everything we're able to do while being non-dilutive and no-fee, and how amazing every mentor and speaker has been to our founders.

@AlanMeaney It was shocking. The producer was all over the place from the Haka onwards. Hopefully they sort it out going forward.

Hey @Ryanair, my parents who are in their 70s and 80s, had accidentally downloaded the return flight boarding card instead of the outgoing ones and you charged them £110 to print them at the airport. £110 for 2 pieces of paper which took 1 minute. Shame on you
