I'll start by sharing my first two months of trading. I started Jun 24, 2025. As you can see, I've been getting wrecked.

Refining execution is more important than gaining more information.

This required me to deepen my understanding of market microstructure, order flow, liquidity, volume, regime change, and session timing.

What I've learned in 6 months of trading.

For example ES moves well during NY and London sessions but not quite as much during Asia session. I started trading NKD and Japanese Yen Futures during Asia and sticking to ES during NY. Asia will always have thinner books and move slower but I'm still catching some great moves.

Not all assets perform equally well across all sessions.
