@byoders_ @LandfallGames if you download the presskit the file names are kinda implied to be the names of the characters. Most of them are just color names, but the light blue is called Tech, the purple one is called Demon, and the gray one is Tech, and the poison green on is Poison.

I'm HOPING this is just a bug. Looking via the API, the ytt captions are still being uploaded (SRV3 format), but they are being marked as "failed" and "processingFailed". Also, I tested uploading subtitles in the older "SRV1" format which do still work. This suggests to me a bug. Perhaps they are updating something with captions that has them re-processing older subtitles as well. However, because SRV3 in itself is not the latest format (which is JSON3 but we can't upload those), and SRV3 was never officially a published spec, I'm not sure they'll actually fix this. And unfortunately the SRV1 format is more limited.

@thiojoe Are you looking at creating new subtitles or updating existing ones? Updating works with srv3 via the api. I used it to fix one of my videos, shared the method with friends and they used it to fix theirs too.
