@ReginaHarsanyi Agreed—but it used to be more reserved for blue chip and smaller & midsize galleries were taking more risks—or showcasing more variety—I have seen even the most innovative return to a purity of painting. Which I find fascinating with the timing, almost a rejection of technology.

@lor_earth Painting was always in and remains the most popular art form, especially from a market perspective. To think otherwise would mean being in a different kind of bubble; one that isn't of the upper echelon.

If the digital realm has been gobbled up by AI, perhaps it's time to consider-- homing pigeons? the printing press? wax seals? secret handshakes? rendezvous in the forest? Messages in bottles? Analog underground communication is wonderfully storied. I never liked email anyway.
