60 hours on this leg of fasting. Not hungry at all, but all my muscles feel sore 😂 had some calf muscle cramps this morning. But overall I feel incredible! 209.2 on the scale!! I’m guessing most is water weight loss but man seeing under 210 gave me a huge pump of motivation!!

There is a patient at Tallahassee Memorial who was discharged 5 MONTHS ago, but refused to leave. TMH is now suing to force her removal. Why did TMH wait this long to sue? Why wasn't he/she arrested when they refused to vacate a bed needed by other patients? Insanity. How is this even possible?? So many questions.
