Chicago's food scene has evolved so much since I came here in the '90s, and I'm proud of what our local chefs have done to push the boundaries of fine dining. Looking forward to the release of the full list of Michelin restaurants in NYC, DC, and Chicago next Tuesday.

I loved the energy at Burnham Downs with all of the young Messi fans ahead of last night's @ChicagoFire game against @InterMiamiCF. They didn't get to see their idol play but they clearly enjoyed the fabulous youth engagement activities from our hometown team.

Theater Season is a comprehensive marketing campaign that will include physical and digital advertising targeting residents of Chicagoland. The campaign encourages legacy audiences to return to the theater and invites new audiences to experience the magic of live performance.

Chicago's live theater scene is peerless in the Midwest and one of the most vibrant in the world. However, audiences have been slow to return to their pre-pandemic theater-going habits and, as a result, many of our local nonprofit theater companies continue to struggle.

Yesterday was a big day for Chicago! On top of announcing that we won Best Big City in the @CNTravel Reader's Choice Awards for a record 7th year in a row, I got to join @ChicagosMayor at the official opening of @BallysChicago--our city's first casino!

No city has come close to this accomplishment in the 36-year history of the Reader's Choice Awards. More than half a million people voted for this year's awards, and this recognition validates our efforts to create welcoming, dynamic visitor experiences in Chicago.
