I am mostly not on here anymore. Taking it off my phone ahead of my holiday (it was lovely) has mostly broken the habit although I 'wrote' many a tweet in my head. I'm not gone gone but I'm not fighting it. Reddit and Insta use is way up for better or worse 😂 Miss you!

Removing Twitter from my phone has meant I wasn't on at all over the last few days despite reaching for it regularly. Definitely feel the habit breaking, not done anywhere near as much scrolling today back at the laptop. Instagram use is way up though...swings and roundabouts.

I don't think this will impact anyone but me, BUT I removed Twitter from my phone last night. My impulse was to tweet about doing it immediately. I have waited until I was on the laptop this morning. Baby steps.
