Dieting can really affect your "gains" no? The past 2 weeks, my coach asked me to stop taking whey and increase my whole food intake. Last weekend, I realized that there is an error in my tracking, thus, missing my protein req. Ayan bumaba nga yung weight ko pero puro sa muscle.

I’ve spent months complaining to boyf that I’m not seeing results. Today, I did my blood chem. From SGPT (>200), SGOT (>100), and Borderline FBS. Yes, before I started I am pre-diabetic and had a fatty liver! Now, the results came back NORMAL!! Biggest Achievement so far!!

Need to go to London this May for work. Kaso halos lahat ng airline na available sa system namin is ang layover is middle east. Ayaw ko naman ma-stranded bc of war. Been looking forward pa naman to fly again with Emirates bc of their business class in A380-800.

Dahil wala si Coach last time, sariling sikap muna sa gym. He told me to focus on cardio and legs, so I decided to do yung mga nahihirapan akong exercises! 😂 Tried taking a video of myself sa gym, just to see my form. Pasensya na sa tummy exposure. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Happy daw siya kasi nagreap na yung pinapagawa niyang hyperextension exercise kasi nacorrect yung posture ko. He also said "Napansin mo rin ba na hindi na tayo nagrereset sa exercise kasi maayos na lagi form mo" I'm just happy with my results 😊 2/2

I had this exercise that I really hate (as in nagmumura ako sa utak ko every rep) but I have to do it bc its part ng program ko with my AF coach. Kinapa ni coach yung lower back ko and said "wala ka na palang taba sa lower back mo kaya pala umayos na yung posture mo" 1/2

For 4+ years together, we really don't have matchy couple things. Pero since we're both working out already, we both got our Stanley Tumblers the one with mini container for whey and creatine and Garmin Fitness watch for heart rate and other vitals tracking during exercise.
