WATCH: The mother of an apprehended protester—whose video of them being throw around by the police at Mendiola, Sunday afternoon, circulated on social media—is in tears as she waits outside the Manila Police Department UN Headquarters. She found out her child was at the protest from her sister-in-law and flew to Metro Manila from Bacolod as soon as she saw the video of her child being carried by the police and then dropped on their head. Though she was told that police readied first aid for injured individuals who were arrested, she still asked that she be allowed to take her child for a CT scan or, at the very least, see her child at all. "Sana may makausap kaming matino sa kanila (Manila Police Department). Lahat kaming magulang andito para sa peace of mind ... at para malaman kung ano ang gagawin namin," she said.

Yung pag seek ng help sa mga professional like phychiatrist is one of the best moves na I did..we don't know that what we are going trough is something na its beyond normal on what we knew.. kala natin ok lang, normal lang, but our body told us na we should stop and take rest

Mahirap talaga pag nasa corporate world and theres a lot of political issue kahit sa trabaho, swerte ka nalang if mga managers mo is someone na doing its job to help it's members

One of the best decision I made is to quit my job where I employed for more than 12 yrs... The toxicity came after pandemic 2022 and it consumed my sanity, my physical and mental health.
Tho it came to decision that I don't have any back up plan atleast now I have more peace
