If the private sector is not delivering in areas with a housing need then the next government must. I've decided to run because I want to take positive action and be a progressive and constructive voice for our communities.

I have many years experience as an Architect in the housing sector. I intend to put my expertise to good use as a TD delivering solutions that build homes for current and future generations. We need to ensure everyone has a warm comfortable place to live in their local area.

To do this we need to address the deficiencies and inequalities in our communities, most cruically in housing, my main focus. Although the current government is delivering more homes than the last, there is still a huge gap between where we are and where we need to get to.

Little houses like these are absolute gems in our landscape. We need active management of our heritage structures... annual inspections by building owners and reporting on conditions.
