I don’t want to watch Marcus Semien hit for the next 3 years. He’s got a wet noodle up there I can’t remember any Met player making softer contact in my life as a fan.

The top end talent of the Knicks and Philly are at a similar level. But the Knicks are a deeper team and have fewer injury concerns.

The Knicks should be able to outlast the 76ers over the course of a 7 game series. Joel Embiid is still hobbled and Philly wasn't that impressive in the regular season even when fully healthy. Knicks in 6.

My biggest concern for the Knicks against the 76ers is guarding Tyrese Maxey. There is no one on the Knicks with the speed to keep Maxey in front of them.

I’ve already seen enough of Austin Slater.

Michael Jordan Melendez has been one of the few positives for the Mets this year.

Marcus Semien is an awful hitter.

Based on the talent that’s on the roster the Mets aren’t even underachieving anymore. They really are this bad.

This was Ronny Mauricio's best shot at extended playing time and to prove himself as a player. It seems like it's never going to happen for him with the Mets.

Why bring up someone exciting or who can actually help the team like AJ Ewing or Nick Morabito when you can bring up Vidal Bruján.

With Mauricio out the Mets best option is to go with Bichette at SS and Baty at 3B. The question is does this open an OF spot for someone like Nick Morabito or AJ Ewing?

As a Knicks fan is it crazy to be more scared of Philly than Boston?

@F_Piombo89 I'm not saying he's going to be a bust I'm saying he's been disappointing so far. He has the 177th ranked OPS in baseball out of 185 players.

@loukabatnik And judge batted .179 his first 27 games what is your point? He is a rookie he is finding it out. His bat has been much better and he's be a top 10 player defensively in the outfield.

A big part of the Mets struggles has been stalled development of their young players. Alvarez, Vientos, Baty, Benge, and Mauricio have all disappointed. Until the Mets player development improves they will not be a consistent winner.
