Louis de Bonnecaze a fondé @InterCellar_, une marketplace de vente de vin. Un univers qu’il connaît bien après avoir travaillé pendant 10 ans avec les plus grands châteaux à Bordeaux en tant que négociant en vin. C’est en 2017 que Louis a l’idée de vendre du vin à des personnes qui se sont enrichies grâce aux cryptomonnaies après avoir lui-même acheté ses premiers bitcoins. Mais à l’époque, très peu de commerces acceptent ces monnaies. Il fait alors la rencontre de Maxime Garraud, qui lui conseille de créer une communauté avant de lancer le projet étant l’un des principaux piliers du Web3. De cette rencontre naît le Wine Bottle Club, un club qui réunit les amateurs de vin et de crypto. Une fois la communauté constituée, les deux entrepreneurs créent InterCellar. Cette marketplace permet aux amateurs de vins d’acheter des bouteilles provenant des plus grands châteaux en s’assurant de leur authenticité. Ils peuvent ensuite choisir de se faire livrer la bouteille ou de la laisser dans un entrepôt en périphérie de Bordeaux, où elle est conservée dans des conditions optimales. Dans ce cas, un jumeau digital sous forme de NFT leur est attribué avec une valeur corrélée au prix de la bouteille physique. Ce jumeau numérique permet de vendre et acheter des bouteilles sans avoir à les déplacer, ce qui réduit l’empreinte carbone et les risques liés au voyage. Au moment où le propriétaire d’une bouteille décide de se la faire livrer pour la boire, le NFT de celle-ci est tout simplement détruit. InterCellar commercialise les bouteilles de grands châteaux et noue des partenariats avec des négociants dans le monde entier. À l’avenir, la plateforme souhaite aussi se lancer sur le marché de la revente en faisant expertiser les bouteilles. Un moyen de lutter contre la contrefaçon qui concerne 30% des grands crus vendus dans le monde et jusqu’à 60% en Chine. Louis souhaite aussi gamifier l’expérience avec le lancement d’un token, le $CELLAR. Les $CELLAR fonctionnent comme des points de fidélité, offrant aux acheteurs des remises, l’accès à des ventes exclusives et la possibilité de customiser sa propre cave virtuelle. Ces tokens permettent également aux marques de mettre leurs produits en avant sur la plateforme pour booster leur vente.
