@JustEatUK absolutely terrible service and not the restaurants just eat it’s self, no numbers to speak to someone as they all say use app and then the app never works! Get charged and no food over an hour later to ring restaurant for them to apologise to say just eat cancelled

@Georgeatasda I’ve placed an order online for some school clothes and I think I may have entered my email address wrong as I’ve had no order confirmation but the payment has been taken! How will I go about knowing when it’s ready to collect? Is there away you could check please

@marksandspencer hi, I’ve been emailing regarding my wedding cakes and I seem to just be sent a link all the time when I spoke to someone from head office they gave me the same email address and was told I would be helped but every email back I get is here is the link.

@Tesco my tesco app has converted my points into a voucher which isn’t what I want is there a way of converting this back? As I use them for eating out

@Hermesparcels I’ve had an email saying someone tried to deliver my parcel and now won’t be delivered until next week. I have a ring doorbell and no one has arrived at my house. I want my parcel delivered today like it says between 4-6pm! Absolutely disgusting
