@BT_Openreach this has been like this since 27 February 2024 and despite contacting to chase up the fix still nothing been done. It’s not acceptable that’s 9 weeks have passed and no fix 🤬 Not even a BT customer!!

@sainsburys I'm trying to get in touch on behalf of my Mum who is a vulnerable person self isolating for 12 weeks and over 70. Have tried to book slots but her account states she isn't a vulnerable customer. Tried calling, can't get through and when do get cut off. Please help.
