My mother permed my hair off the BONE since I was 3 bc of how thick & long it was. I yearned to go natural since I was a kid cause literally she wouldn’t even do my hair & the perm looked crazy. I had no choice but to big chop at 16 now I’m 19 & don’t regret it at all.
