@love_refund still waiting for full refund for holiday booked for 29 March 2020. Love Holidays issuing ‘refund voucher’ for hotel only, not flights. We are £2,000 out of pocket. How is this legal?

This was a holiday for 7 family members, one a self employed single parent with a 1 yo, now with no income and all they told me "was times are hard for everyone". They are shocking :(
