ideally i would stay in a big calorie deficit AND do body recomp but ..... i am so tired always with these calories ... ..hhh. hbut i dont even know if my fat% is that high or if its just dysmorphia. just gimme a flat stomach !!!
i'm recently very into cooking loads of tiny meals throughout the day rather than 3 proper ones ... eating 6 meals a day and still not going over my calorie limit . yumyum
