@loveallwives This is all to say, at the very least, FOLLOW THE GODDAMN METER! Inserting syllables, even switching stresses—such as inversion which is common in iambic meter—is fine. But in this poem, when you change even the the tiniest bit in the syllable, hmyou completely ruin it.
