@cinnamoncoins I read before that doing your maintenance for 2-3weeks after doing your deficit, actually give you a leaner and healthy body! I haven't tried it yet since I'm still in my 75-day deficit, but I will prolly do it later on!

@sweetsnlaces to recover or go back to my diet. And, really it’s still vivid to me how much i ate those days, and i keep thinking about it and triggers me to do it again and again!

@sweetsnlaces ghurl for me naman, during my bday, i ate 3days straight of combined sweets, crabs, salty foods from 12am to 12am, and my rest was just during my sleeps and walk in between my activities during those days. i tortured myself right after realizing i can do that and might never be
