Finally went through my inbox tonight. One thing stood out above all the rest. Not one single "I evacuated for nothing" message. Not one. Evacuating is hard and stressful. Decision to order an evacuation is not taken lightly. As we saw just 120 miles south. Water always wins.

These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG

So Biden’s $15 minimum wage comes out to $31,200 a year for a 40 hour work week. The starting salary for a beginning teacher in Texas is $33,660. So a person working a minimum wage job will be making almost the same as a teacher with a college degree. Does this make any sense? 🤷‍♂️

Ss are tracking hurricane Dorian through lessons on weather, tornadoes and hurricanes (wind, rain, etc.) They enjoy seeing how the track changes everyday! We even watch our local meteorologist explain the track!
