It's the plaque rupture that causes the heart attack. But you need plaque in the first place to rupture, and typically plenty of it. The onset of plaque can be delayed to much later in life with aggressive risk factor control. Thanks to @cardiologyoncal

Début janvier, le Dr Fraize (@Dr_Boree) a quitté la Gironde et ses patients pour une expérience hors du commun. Le généraliste a rejoint la station scientifique Concordia, en Antarctique, la région la plus froide du monde. Il nous fait visiter, en vidéo, l'hôpital de la station.
