Hi students! 💗 We’re seeing that some players are confused because they’re not receiving their items. This is most likely because you’re in an old server. How can you check?
Head to Campus 4 and look at the update log, Campus 4 is more likely to be running the newest version. If it’s not updated, try rejoining to get into a fresh server. Doing quests but getting 0 XP?
Don’t worry! That’s just a visual glitch. Your XP should still be applying, and we’re actively working on fixing it. It may already be resolved in some servers. Halo in the wrong inventory slot or appearing glitchy? We’re aware of this issue and working on it as well. We hope our gamepass holders are enjoying the new halos, we love seeing your posts! ✨ And for players who don’t own the 4x gamepasses, we hope you’re enjoying the diamond buff! 💎 Lots of love,

@str_ash @RoyaleHighValks Hey, i love your outfit. When i looked at the halo category in the accessory tab on the dressup menu, it says that the 6x halo, isn't a halo since either isn't in there. it only says the infinite diamonds halo is an accessory. is it a glitch or is it not a halo?

Hello Students!💖 Thank you so much for your patience over the past month as we worked through the retirement of the Diamond Multiplier gamepasses. We’ve finalized the details and are ready to share more about what this means moving forward!! Our goal is to create a healthier, more balanced experience for everyone. Previously, players without multipliers earned 300 diamonds per level, while those with both earned 1,800. Over time, this gap made balancing progression, pricing, and the in game economy increasingly difficult. With more items in the shop than ever, 300 diamonds per level no longer felt very rewarding. At the same time, raising the base payout while keeping multipliers active would have widened the wealth gap even more. So moving forward, all players will now earn 1,800 diamonds per level, regardless of gamepass ownership.😊 We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us by purchasing the Diamond Multiplier gamepasses. As a thank you, exclusive halos, badges, and diamond compensation are being provided to honor that support. This change also gives us more flexibility for the future without tipping the balance of the economy. The game will update tomorrow to reflect these changes and you will be able to see the results of the poll/recieve your items/badge. This is an important step towards a more balanced and rewarding Royale High experience for everyone, and we’re excited for the future of Royale High. 💞 Below, you’ll find a few additional questions gathered directly from the community. @dolliquee Hi there! ✨The diamond amounts for compensation are actually higher than what’s listed in the Diamond Shop. Here’s the breakdown: 749 Robux → ~13,000 diamonds 1649 Robux → ~30,000 diamonds And you will still earn 1,800 diamonds upon leveling up.

@RoyaleHighValks i don't like the style as much as the 4x and i would prefer more toggles (more rotation options, more diamond variants, more details). I fear it's not hard to express an opinion in a neutral way.

@RoyaleHighValks i feel like people forget that actual artists create these and there are ways of expressing opinions in an appropriate manner. There are words with better connotations. With that said, i personally do not like the 2x halo because its too simple considering how much the 2x is
