@BonkTheTiny Some festivals have really gimmicky "deluxe/VIP" tickets that go all the way into the tens of thousands of dollars, but those are mainly for delusional rich people.

I don't wanna be a hipster but I've genuinely never understood the appeal of spending a shitload of money to go to one of those super expensive outdoor music festivals.

@BonkTheTiny Hyperbole, but some of the big music festivals are well over a thousand dollars before factoring in things like food, mandatory fees, and the price of travel.

@lowIQcatboy i dun go to the overpriced ones but some music festivals are definitely worth it.. the indie ones usually. I've been going to bloodstock every year for like 4 years now and at £200 for 4 full days of 4 stages packed with vibe af metal bands its totally worth it *nodnod*
