@ShannonJean B all day sir. Option A makes me think they don’t like to “get their hands dirty” and they hire out for every little project in their home.

I've been completely sober for about a month now.
I like to go sober for 1 month at least once or twice a year. It helps clear the mind and the body.
I don't do hard drugs, I've never done hard drugs. I like cannabis and alcohol, psychedelics from time to time.
I'm not making this post to judge or preach. But if you haven't gone sober for a while, I'd like to promote the idea of giving it a shot.
The mental clarity is awesome. Learning/knowing that you can stop and what it's like to just truly be yourself day in and day out is both empowering and comforting.
You'll sleep like shit for the first week. But your sleep quality goes up and your dreams are more frequent.
Do it for a week. 2 weeks. A month, months, whatever.
Don't do it if you don't want to. That goes without saying.
But there's nothing wrong with proving to yourself that you have control.
I think I'll do another month. Just for funzies.
Prepare yourself mentally. Go sober with me in April!
One thing I've learned from every single month of sobriety that I've ever achieved is that its important to note. That there are always reasons to party; birthdays, holidays celebrations, there's no such thing as a "good month to go sober" if you're trying to plan around occasions that call for alcohol or other substances. So prepare to "miss out" on festivities.
Another thing is, if you set out to go sober for 1 week. Do a full 7 days, dont cheat.
If you set out to do 1 month, don't do 28 days (4 weeks) but do a full month.
Set the milestone and hit it. You'll only be disappointed in yourself if you don't, and that's not the point of this.
P.S. if you do consume substances regularly, prepare and understand that you will likely have a short temper when first going sober. You will be an asshole. The day isnt a bad day, people aren't trying to piss you off more. You're just sober and not used to dealing with stress without a rip of ganja or a cold one. You will be more of an asshole. So be prepared to notice this and apologize to your friends/family/co workers if they "piss you off" more than normal. You can blame it on your sobriety. They'll understand.

Imagine you had to choose your life at age 40:
Option A:
Single. No kids.
100 BTC in cold storage.
A penthouse in Miami.
Your own business run your way.
A Porsche 911.
You check Bitcoin before bed, and wake up to total silence.
Option B:
Married. 3 kids.
5 BTC locked away for the family.
House in the suburbs.
A job you truly love.
A Toyota Corolla
You explain Bitcoin at the dinner table and tuck your kids in at night.
Be honest, which life are you choosing?

I started taking Bitcoin seriously at 29.
Before that, I had already earned and spent well over $150,000 in my 20s.
Saved almost nothing. Invested even less.
Not because I didn’t have opportunities
but because I thought:
“I’ll figure it out later.”
I finally started with $400/month into Bitcoin.
First year felt slow.
Second year felt structured.
This year is when it started to feel more meaningful.
The hardest part wasn’t money.
It was accepting I had wasted time and deciding not to waste more.
You won’t regret taking action now.🔸
