Blurry video doesn't prove that. Others show he wasn't hit, and even if he had been he deliberately moved in front of the car & fired both of which regulations say officers shouldn't do unless ppl in car pose a threat to lives. Officers behaving insanely doesn't justify them murdering people

@DuncanMcFarlan I actually don't think she was trying to kill him, I think she was trying to say fu by driving off but she went into him in doing so, which again makes it 100% justified. You can't drive your car into an officer lol

@LowIQDetected If she was trying to run him over she'd have keep driving *towards* him, not turned away from him. As every video shows. He was drawing his gun and moving in front of the car before she moved, slowly enough for him to get out the way and then he started shooting.
