Something that happened many centuries ago has no bearing on me. I don't care about slavery and I really don't want to hear anything about it.

I have been hearing about slavery since I was a kid. I don't wanna hear about it no more. Am sick of it bro.

I hear folks saying they are proud to be black. How can you be proud of something you have no input in? Your race was chosen by God and not by you. One can only be proud of something they have achieved or cause to happen and your race is not in that category.

What impact does slavery have on me? Zero. I don't go about my day thinking about something that happened centuries ago. Am free bro.
