Event was awesome new 10k PB for me @AcNeath my two enjoyed the junior 2km Jack won the race,Luke was 5th . I ran 50 mins at age 50 💪👏🏻🏅🏅🏅. Thanks all volunteers medical staff and pacers too…. Well done everyone . @PencoedPE @WelshAthletics @Cardiff10K @PencoedCompHead
