I’ve been in enough useless meetings to last me a dozen lifetimes. I vowed to never put myself (or my team) through one again. So I created a weekly meeting framework called the “Weekly Sync”. It will: Make your team feel supported and empowered by eliminating mistakes and bottlenecks before they happen Get your team CLEAR on what needs to get done Create ownership and accountability among your team members Make your team feel seen and appreciated.
