This is my town, Oeiras. Not the most touristy place but if you're ever in Lisbon, you can take the train to Cascais and it runs parallel to the coastline for most of the trip, super pretty. (also even if I came from a slum, why would that matter? Are people from slums not allowed to look for a better life?)

@Shakarez @HeyImJonas Its neither, or better both points can be true at the same time.(high availability and berlin ranking low in real life tests) Even though people might have access to fiber, the vast majority is not going to use it because its just way too expensive.

@HeyImJonas advertised speeds =/= actual speeds, check any data that looks at Internet performance in Europe and you'll see Germany is amongst the worst in the continent

I was already aware that internet in Berlin was pretty horrendous as I was paying 68€ for 100mb down/40mb up but it's still shocking how such a developed nation has such bad internet infrastructure Now in Warsaw I can get 2gb down / 600mb up for 24€? with 1 year free? lmao

@itskyleconner I exclusively (like 95+%) charge DC. Usually for like 15-20 minutes so it would definitely make a difference to me and would be a big buying consideration how much i can charge in that timeframe

@MoleculeLOL i know in germany at least there are pretty strong renting protections. Often time limitations on leases are void. INAL but to my understanding "selling" wouldnt be a legal reason not to renew your contract here. Doesnt hurt to at least get it checked with a tenants' association

The posts blizzard made sounded like a lot was changing with addons. The rhetoric towards addons from the community was that blizzard was “killing them.” If you play on the beta right now you can make your current UI with 98% of current functionality, but with 3x the addons.
