Well I didn't expect to be here again, breaking my left leg certainly wasn't on my 2024 bingo card 🤦 But that's what's I've done. Two breaks of the tibia. A freak accident at a 5 a side match. 6 hours in A&E later, and after a few hours sleep, I'm up and about on my crutches.

We have been using it for last one year for our clients and have got some really good conversions. it's effective, it works and take it from a strategist who works on YouTube channels daily!

🚨J house Vlog was Hacked and Deleted! This is a 2.9 million sub-channel that has been making content for 10 years. And last week it was just gone. What happened? Hackers got in (they don't say how) and ran the usual Crypto scam. They removed all 1700 J House videos. It took them a week to put everything back up. And the scary thing is that this was not the first time they got hacked: Their Facebook account was hacked in June, and they still don't have that back! They got hacked in the past on YouTube and now this is the second time. What can we learn? Hackers are evolving their methods which is presumingly how they managed to get into the channel a second time. @TeamYouTube definitely has a defined process for dealing with these ever-growing hacks against Creators. Other platforms are still very much behind when it comes to helping Creators get their content back...The horror stories coming out of Facebook are ridiculous. December RPMs are ripping this year. Always love showing non-Youtubers this kinda stuff: If this channel (software niche) did 1 million views this month, it would make almost $20k. You do not need a huge audience to make a great living on YouTube. Thank you google for making this possible for creators. ♥️

My thoughts, too. I see these YouTube automation ads all the time. It sounds amazing in principle, but the chances of a beginner being successful with it just seems incredibly unlikely

‘’Is YouTube automation a scam?’’ Beginner YouTubers ask me this question every single day. I feel I’m unbiased. I don’t sell anything related to ‘automation’, I’ve owned successful cash cow channels in the past. I even have friends making millions/year with faceless channels. Here’s my take: Is YouTube automation a scam? Not necessarily. Can youtube automation work? Yes. Do I recommend it to beginners? Absolutely not. There’s nothing wrong with the concept of automating a youtube channel. It’s kinda genius right? Who wouldn’t want a channel that prints money & that you can run in a few hours per week. It can work, and not every single person talking about it or doing it is a fake guru. I’m just a numbers man. The likelihood that a complete beginner can learn how to: 1. Pick a great niche that isn’t saturated 2. Understand the ins and outs of making content with no experience 3. Hire and manage a team of contractors 4. Beat the competition + copyright problems Seems pretty unrealistic. I really feel you have to be a top 0.1% creator to be able to do this… at least with any longevity. Blowing up a channel isn't the hard bit, maintaining it and making it sustainable is. Beginners shouldn’t think: ‘How can I run a channel in 2 hours per week’ Beginners should think: ‘I’m going to work on this channel by myself for 3 years and learn every skill required to smash YouTube’ The best captain of the ship has worked every job. It’s hard to pay someone to make great thumbnails if you don’t know what a great thumbnail is yourself! Just my take. No shade to anyone. Make videos, don’t look to make youtube easy. It’s not.

🚨URGENT WARNING to all @YouTube Creators: There are two emails currently going around impersonating @TeamYouTube - both emails are asking you to click on a link to complete a survey and answer a few questions. DO NOT CLICK on those links or the button! Yes, YouTube does invite Creators to participate in studies and they do ask Creators for feedback, but it will usually come from a no-reply type of @google.com email address (eg. product-no-reply@google.com) @_JohnHammond posted the one he got - notice the email address... Also, notice how "professional" the emails are (thanks ChatGTP🤦) so don't be fooled by the bad grammar and spelling mistakes. I have now seen at least 10 of these emails from various Creators. Spread the word ASAP! #CreatorSecurity #youtube #CyberSecurity
