Can't believe second placement of first year has finished. A massive thank you to @Stroke_Unit_RPH and all the staff for the last 8 weeks, I have definately enjoyed my time here and learnt so much. Now to enjoy some annual leave before placement 3 at @SurgeryatCDH

@NHSBSA_LSF I have got married and have changed my surname, will my sons birth certificate still be accepted with my maiden name on? Thank you.

@SF_England Thanks that's great to know, will I receive a new entitlement letter with my new surname on as I need to aplly for the learning support fund?

@lsmith1508 Hi Becca, once your university confirm your registration the payment will be released to you. They can confirm this with your SSN. If we received your name change on the 16/09 it is due to be updated on or around the 07/10. Thanks, Amy

@SF_England I've just had my finance approved and it says payment scheduled but I'm just waiting for my surname to be changed on my account, will I need to wait for the name change before any payment, I sent my name change cover letter 16.9.20. Thanks

@SF_England What about being returned I need them back as soon as possible really?

@lsmith1508 Hi Becca, our timescales are subject to change and are updated daily dependent on the workflow volumes. The current processing timescales for grants is 21 working days. If we received your evidence on the 20/08 it is due to be updated around the 22/09. Thanks, Amy

@SF_England Everytime I see comments like this a different time frame is quoted, I have a private message from last week that states a 16 working day turn around and I've seen others that say 31 days. My evidence was tracked as received on the 20th August.

@lsmith1508 Hi, when sending your ID evidence into us this needs to be the original. Do you know when they were received? At the moment it is currently taking 21 working days to process evidence for grants from the date received. Thanks, Amy
