The Milky Way got a glow-up. ✨ This six-gigapixel image from ESA's Euclid telescope is the largest high-resolution visible-light view ever made of our galaxy's center. LSU researchers are helping use it to find and measure planets across the Milky Way. lsu.edu/science/news/2…

🌊 @LSU_BioSci Ph.D. candidate Daleth Del-Salto is investigating the effects of benzophenone-1 (BP1), a common UV-filtering compound found in personal care products. By studying copepods, she hopes to better understand how emerging contaminants may impact aquatic ecosystems.

Yesterday, LSU signed a Master Research Agreement with Hyundai Steel. One of the largest industrial investments in Louisiana's history now has a research engine behind it, and a pipeline of Louisiana talent to match.
