What a week for LSUU sports! Congratulations to the SHS Girls’ Tennis team for bringing home their 3rd State championship! We also wish the PA Boys’ Baseball team luck as they advance to the championships at Centennial Field tonight, 6/9 at 6:30. #lsuuvt

The students at the Elmore School were treated to a special lunch on the lake hosted by community members, Martha and George Twombly. They enjoyed homemade mac and cheese and hot dogs, fresh berries, chips, and cupcakes and ice cream! Many thanks to the Twomblys! #lsuuvt

The Banner Project was a collaboration among PA English and Art students and numerous community organizations. To see and learn more about the amazing project click on the QR code below. The project covers Morrisville, Hyde Park, and Elmore architectural gems. #lsuuvt

SMS 8th graders met with a panel of high school students to learn more about the high school experience at SHS. Great questions were asked and the high schoolers delivered some great wisdom with utmost maturity. #lsuuvt

Last Thursday the Elmore School spent their last day of ECO exploring a beaver pond on Elmore Mountain, learning about this unique ecosystem and the life it supports. #lsuuvt

SES 5th grade enjoyed an end-of-year trip to the Maritime Museum this week! #lsuuvt

LSUU will be hosting our annual Memorial Day Observance at PA on Friday, May 26 - join us at the band shell at 10:00 am. Representatives from the VFW, American Legion and our own students will be assisting with the ceremony. #lsuuvt

PA had their Day of Service this past Friday and some worked with our Elmore students to weed, plant and mulch the gardens. A great job done! #lsuuvt

It’s that time of year again! PA Art students have once again painted some amazing outdoor chairs that will be on display throughout town. This year’s theme was "The Beauty in Natural Disasters", and simply show the stunning events that occur naturally on our planet. #lsuuvt

SES 3rd graders hiked up Sunset Rock earlier this week and enjoyed the spring afternoon. #lsuuvt

It's an Elmore tradition for families to provide hot lunch on Fridays. This past week students were treated to chicken, fresh veggies and rice crispy treats and the weather was perfect for eating outdoors! #lsuuvt

MES will be having their first spring concert since 2019! The first performance will begin at 5pm and those who are waiting to watch their performer can enjoy the art show that will be on display the same evening. #lsuuvt

SMS student, Tess Levine won honorable mention for a sculpture and poem she submitted to a Young Writers Project contest. The contest asked “What does it mean to be a teenager?” She went with the analogy of teenagers as artichokes. #lsuuvt
