As a field, we need to prioritize AYA-focused research to ensure that precision neuro-oncology is equitable across the lifespan. Grateful to our editors, reviewers, collaborators, our patients and families, and to @gelarehzadeh for supervising this work.

We show that an age agnostic recurrence prediction model performed poorly in AYA patients. Retraining the model on an age-specific cohort improved performance substantially.
