@Carumbad You'll be surprised... I was a regular user of a similar size to the Med there at 6.5" circumference. Recently decided to expand things and got a 7.5"... few tries over the past couple of weeks and today decided to try it without a pre stretch.. yup in it went!!🙄

Update on the 3d scanned and enlarged butt plug… Looks like a success so far! Left on the 3d printer bed to finish curing in a nice warm temperature. Silicon feels softer than I’d hoped, but the finish is great, a few edges to trim where the seams of the mold were.

@Carumbad Shame... I think ideally you need to vac or pressure pot the silicone before pouring as that pushes the bubbles out

@ltxrob Yup, exactly, the gap between a medium and large is quite big, I wanted something inbetween. I've poured the silicone now, so just need to leave it to cure and then see how it goes... I don't have super high hopes as there's more bubbles than I'd hoped :-\

Ok, this version of the mold is a much nicer surface texture after printing at a different angle. There’s been some warping of the first layers, which will need some sanding to help it seal, but I think we’re ready to pour, nearly! 👌🏻

Sorry for being off these last weeks, I have small sores around the anus that pops without a big stretch, but a bit painful now while playing with toys. Any idea of what I can use to "repair" this area?

@Carumbad Nice... not so bad. What did you print the mould in? PETG? Finish is looking pretty good, do you need a release agent on it or just pull a bit harder? I bet compressed air would be handy to get it to let go!

@ltxrob Didn't bother costing, it's less than €50 for 2kg's of Silicone (~1.5 litres), so for this size item I'm guessing < €20 euros anyway! I couldn't buy this size though, so it's kind of priceless :-) Registration posts would have been a good idea, true, next time :-)

Well, I have my mold! I probably should have gone +10% instead of +5% as the size difference looks very small, but still, this is just a test 👍🏻

@MLmarried @ToppedToys Following with interaction yesterday spurred me into plugging up today... grip70 slotted straight in after a finger lube warm up... and its not been in for a month or so! "Worrying" 🤪🤣🤣

@MLmarried Yea its quite filling with a wider neck... but sits shallower than a GK meaning you can sit with it, without being poked inside. Ive had it in for 2hrs on my second wear after a good warm up with the grip70.

@ltxrob Fuck yes, much bigger. I tried to go down on the knot but it wasn’t feeling right, give it a few more goes and I think I’ll be there.

@MLmarried @ToppedToys Got a grip70.. its actually quite fun... more manageable that I though.. and should have got the 80!! The shoulders are actually quite flexible (at these sizes at least) but it really does shoot home when you crest over them... 🤣🤣
