me 18 mars 2014, para zgjedhjeve, hashim thaçi nenshkroi kontraten kolektive per efekte elektorale.sot ne 2026, komunat hala pagujne dhjetra miliona euro me permbarues qe rrjedhin nga ajo kontrate. vec ne 2025 mbi 126 milion euro per vendime gjyqsore. e kane minirat sistemin qe mos me mujt me u cu kurre ne kome te veta. po ja qe i kane bo llogarite pa albin kurtin. kani tash qysh po e keqperdor qeveria buxhetin me ble vota.
