This is the entire thesis behind the Learn Engine. We are building the operating system for learning. Institutional knowledge in an org is built over decades. The challenge has always been transferring that knowledge so every employee can perform at their highest level. The Learn Engine takes that knowledge and turns it into a system that learns what teaching methods, explanations, and experiences lead to better understanding. This is how we've deployed to 8M+ learners and are working with some of the largest organizations in the world to make learning Al native over the next several years.

The workforce is on the path to being the biggest and most broken learning system in the world. By 2030, over 78 million jobs are projected to require reskilling because of AI, but most training is outdated and ineffective. We're launching Honen, a learning system that evolves as fast as the company itself. Honen is the learning infrastructure behind how a company teaches, adapts, and scales knowledge across its people. Flashcards and quizzes might look basic, but our site has a variety of very innovative tools that truly help students retain information and study more efficiently. That "wow" factor of our product plays a gigantic part in our virality because of how innovative the features are. The marketing does well because the product delivers...otherwise those "I studied for 1 day and got a 92%" hooks wouldn't work
